Dams Nature Reserve

The 6-acre nature reserve is located in the North-West of Filey, it is free to enter and has a small car park available by Muston Road.

The Dams Nature Reserve is the last remaining freshwater marsh in the UK – meaning it attracts birds, such as Little Egrets, Spoonbills, and Snapes. This does mean, that the nature reserve doesn’t allow dogs.

It is estimated that you will spend between 1 to 2 hours at the Filey Nature Reserve – in which you will see many beautiful things – including that of the scenery.

Many people upload photos taken here on Facebook Group, which you can see here.
